A few months ago I looked for a reasonable way to synchronize all of my GitHub repositories to my desktop. I didn't find anything very convincing, so I wrote the script myself. It will clone all your repos (if needed), for all the organizations you belong to, and update them all. I run it every time I sit down at the computer.
